Control starts with a solid foundation

Track straight.
Stay together.

Steering repair, chassis inspection and frame reinforcement for worn, damaged and heavily modified ATVs and UTVs.

Steering you can trust

Remove the play. Reinforce the weak points.

Oversized tires, suspension changes and hard use place added load on steering and chassis components. We inspect the system as a whole to locate looseness, damage, cracked mounts and alignment problems.

For reinforcement work, surrounding components are removed as required so mounting areas can be inspected, prepared and repaired correctly.

Signs of wear or damage

Do not ignore steering movement.

Changes in feel often appear before a component fails completely.

Loose or wandering

Excess steering-wheel movement, poor tracking or difficulty holding a line.

Uneven tire wear

Rapid or irregular wear caused by looseness, alignment or damaged mounting points.

Cracks or movement

Visible frame damage, shifting mounts, clunks or suspension points that will not stay aligned.
